5. Can I buy equipment after hiring it and how do I qualify for the 50% cash back offer?
Absolutely! The SuperClub is designed to get you up and going with the right equipment for you, as easily and seamlessly as possible with the least possible initial outlay. If you decide to purchase an item after hiring, you’ll get 50% of any hire fees paid off the balance. This way, you can try before you buy, and save money if you love the equipment enough to keep it.
6. Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your membership anytime. Your membership will renew automatically each quarter (every three months) , but if you cancel before the renewal date, you won’t be charged for the next period.
7. Are there any delivery fees for hired equipment?
Yes, there’s a flat £30 delivery fee per item for hired or shared equipment. However, SuperClub MAX members enjoy free delivery on all hire items (and every other item too!)
8. What is the minimum hire period?
The minimum hire period for SuperClub hire items is one month. This means customers pay a minimum of one month hire, but hire can be arranged for as long or as short as you need.
9. Can I upgrade to SuperClub MAX later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your membership to SuperClub MAX at any time. This will give you access to higher-value equipment, free delivery on hire items, 12.5% extra discount per item and other exclusive benefits.
10. How are membership payments processed?
Membership fees are processed automatically through your registered Visa card every quarter (3 Months).
