Compact size with powerful performance, the Blue Seal E22 Turbofan convection oven is ideal for the professional kitchen. Despite measuring just 610mm wide, the E22 boasts a generous capacity that can accommodate up to 3 x 2/3 GN pans inside with 70mm tray spacing.

Providing 2kW of efficient performance, the E22 is designed to bake a wide variety of snack and takeaway foods from cookies to muffins, cakes to frozen pizza and more. Its single direction low-velocity fan delivers an even heat distribution and air volume for reliable cooking results time after time.

Easy to position and simple to operate, the Blue Seal Turbofan convection oven features a mechanical thermostat and a manual 60m timer with ‘time up’ alarm. Cleaning and maintaining the unit is simple as the oven features an easy-clean glass door system. The interior of the oven has a vitreous enamelled coating that is quick and easy to clean compared to stainless steel liners.

For user safety, the Turbofan oven is fitted with vented Safe-Touch doors that limit heat absorption and reduces the heat being transferred to the surface of the glass panel. The door is also equipped with a stay-cool handle, while the unit’s anti-skid feet prevent unwanted movement.
