Used Lincat 4 Ring Hob, On Stand – Single Phase Hard Wired Electric

Equipped with two 1.5kW and two 2kW hotplates, the Lincat Silverlink 600 electric boiling ring HT6 brings fast and efficient boiling capabilities to any commercial kitchen. Independent control for each plate ensures precise cooking and flexibility in the kitchen, allowing chefs to cook multiple dishes with different temperature requirements. For added convenience, an automatic power reduction function lowers the temperature of the hob if a pan boils dry or is removed. This helpful feature helps extend the lifespan of the hotplates.

Made from heavy-duty stainless steel, the Silverlink 600 electric boiling ring can withstand the rigours of a busy kitchen. The hob top is also fully pressed and sealed, so there are no gaps that could trap grease or dirt. This makes the boiling ring easy to clean and maintain.
