Thanks to its combi-microwave mode, this high-speed oven can reduce cooking by up to five times when compared to conventional ovens. This makes it ideal for quickly getting through orders – ensuring that they get to your customers on time and reducing queue times.
Featuring advanced menu software which can be updated instantly using USB connectivity, you can easily programme the oven to suit each of your dishes. And as the touchscreen menu comes with pre-set icons, it’s easy for untrained staff to use.
The oven utilises ventless cooking and a compact design that makes installation quick and easy, whilst also allowing you to position the Merrychef in even the most cramped of kitchens.
