The Merrychef Eikon E4 combination microwave oven provides accelerated cooking at the touch of a button by combining the power of convection cooking with the technology of microwave cooking. Featuring 2/3 Gastronorm compatibility the Merrychef Eikon E4 is ideal for larger coffee shops, food courts and convenience stores.

The Merrychef Eikon E4 rapid cooking combination microwave oven provides 3.2Kw convection oven with a 1.5Kw microwave oven, reducing cooking times by up to 15 times when compared to traditional combination ovens. Combined with a quick heat-up time of around 15 minutes, this can significantly reduce preparation times and wastage generated by batch cooking.

Featuring advanced menu software, this fully programmable combination microwave oven can be updated instantly using inbuilt USB connectivity and offers over 1024 personalised cooking programs. The simple yet intuitive easyTouch icon driven touchscreen controls mean perfect results every time, even with minimal training.
