Used Moffat 1815mm Fan Assisted Hot Cupboard on Wheels

This Moffat mobile hot cupboard provides high performance yet efficient hot storage solutions and is the perfect addition to any busy kitchen. These thermostatically controlled hot cupboards feature a bright polished stainless steel interior and hold four GN 1/1 containers on each of the two removable rodded wire shelves.

Ideal for use in carveries, hotel breakfasts and other similar self-serve occasions, it ensures food is kept attractively displayed and at the perfect serving temperature. Each of the four heated panels is full (1/1) gastronorm sized, so the plate is ideal for transferring dishes straight from the oven to the service area.
