Enjoy consistent cooking results every time with the Lincat Silverlink 600 GS9 electric griddle. With an 862 x 405mm cooking area, heavy-duty 12mm thick, cooking plate, the griddle provides excellent heat distribution but also ensures superior heat retention.

With dual heat zones, the Silverlink 600 electric griddle enables you to cook different dishes at the same time, with independent temperature controls for each side. This allows you to cook food with varying heat requirements simultaneously and with precision.

Designed to deliver high volumes, this 8.6kW countertop griddle has an incredible output of 290 burgers and 190 steaks per hour. Its robust stainless steel construction ensures durability and longevity, while a built-in splash guard helps prevent grease and oil from spilling.

For healthier cooking and easy cleaning, the Silverlink 600 griddle has a fat drainage channel that funnels away excess oils and grease into a removable drainer drawer. There are also no dirt traps on the griddle, so it can be easily wiped down after use.

The GS9 dual-zone griddle is designed to complement all other countertop items in the Silverlink 600 cookware range. It comes with a 2-year warranty for parts and labour.
