The NEW Foodsville 3 x 1/1GN Stainless Steel Blast Chiller & Freezer is designed for efficiency and ease of use in professional kitchens. It comes with a 13 amp plug for straightforward setup. This unit is user-friendly with an internal food probe for accurate temperature monitoring, ensuring optimal chilling from +70°C to 3°C in 90 minutes and freezing from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes. It has the capacity to chill 10Kg of product in 90 minutes and freeze 5Kg in 240 minutes. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it accommodates 3 x GN trays (included) and can also fit 400 x 600 trays, offering flexibility for kitchen use. The door is self-closing, enhancing convenience and efficiency.
