The NEW Foodsville 10 x 1/1 GN Stainless Steel Blast Chiller & Freezer, mounted on wheels and including trays, is a high-performance unit designed for the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. It features a straightforward 13 amp plug supply and user-friendly operation with 4 touch programmes, allowing for rapid chilling from +70°C to 3°C in 90 minutes and freezing from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes. Equipped with powerful EBM fan motors, it accommodates GN or 400 x 600 trays, enhancing its versatility. A food probe and Dixell digital controller ensure precise temperature control. Capable of chilling 40Kg in 90 minutes and freezing 30Kg in 240 minutes, its interior measures W660 x D420 x H870, with a reversible door for added convenience.
