With a robust stainless steel structure with ribbed cast iron plates for long-term usage and healthy grilling, and it’s perfect for burgers, steaks, paninis and toasted sandwiches in busy restaurants. You have complete control over the entire grilling process with an adjustable swivel head and a changeable heat knob for varied thicknesses and temperatures. It is also supplied with a removable grease tray and griddle scraper for easier cleaning.
