Able to fry up to 54kg of chips every hour, this Falcon fryer is suitable for busy establishments and also includes features to reduce costs and add versatility, such as the sediment collection zone to extend oil life and supplied fish grid.

The durable dial controls are easy to use and allow precise temperature regulation for accurate and reliable results. And thanks to the mixture of stainless and mild steel, the fryer is both easy to clean and highly durable – staying in as-new condition in even the busiest of kitchens.
