Powerful, reliable and packed full of features to improve efficiency and output, the natural gas Blue Seal Evolution series G47 pasta cooker exceeds expectations in the busy commercial kitchen. With a 40-litre water capacity, the Blue Seal pasta cooker is designed to cope with the high demand of busy services – especially useful for Italian restaurants. And thanks to the 13.5kW infrared burner, the unit is able to cook fresh pasta in a matter of minutes.

The unique tank design and four separate pasta baskets allows continuous production of pasta, whilst being ideal for cooking different types of pasta simultaneously. Plus, easy-to-use controls, an integrated water fill and starch-skimming faucet make it simple for your staff to operate the pasta cooker.
