Large, powerful and dependable, the natural gas Blue Seal Evolution Series chargrill is designed to deliver incredible performance in even the busiest of commercial kitchens.

With two powerful independently controlled 9.8kW stainless steel burners, the chargrill gives you all the cooking capacity you need. Whether you’re cooking the same across both zones, or cooking multiple different items at a time, the Blue Seal ensures you’ve got the precision you need to get the results you want. Each zone can be powered down separately too, so you can reduce your running costs during quieter hours if required.

The innovative grooved fin grate design assists grease run-off, preventing flare-ups and reducing splatter, whilst still enabling fantastic cooking performance. And thanks to the strong stainless steel construction and removable grates, the whole unit is easy to clean and maintain.
