The heavy duty, single heat zone Lincat Electric Griddle features a thermostatically controlled chrome covered steel plate which helps reduce heat loss and thus reduces the amount of power required. It also features a scratch-resistant finish which is easily cleaned and an attractive mirror chrome surface which makes it ideal for front of house use
